Love the relationship between my #bronzesculpture and the black & white painting. I was explaining some of the thoughts behind this piece “Acquiesce”, to someone the other day... as I was explaining I realized how much time I have spent in nature in my life. So much of my work expresses this. The piece is about reclaiming nature, going back to it, or becoming it. We are so focused on our screens, etc... we forget where we come from. We played 2 nights of music in Rome, Italy, last summer on our mini tour. ☄️💥⚡️💫@jeffpevarandingernova 📣we played one of the most popular clubs in Rome: Big Mama! It’s a small but mighty room, with a palpable history, clearly telling stories of so many years of great musicians...it’s audience was filled with a robust energy-a thrill and an honor to play there. 🔥 We are excited to go back again this year, adding twice as many dates (mid Sept-mid Oct) ! We adore the Italians, as they are such big hearted people. They appreciate the arts in such a different way, the commitment to uplifting creativity is profound.
